Wikeo is a desktop application designed to help users save, organize, search, and interact with online video content and related information.

Certain features may use artificial intelligence, third-party services, or external platforms to provide summaries, search capabilities, organization tools, or other functionality.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you use Wikeo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some features of Wikeo may be available without payment, while others require a paid license.

A license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Wikeo reserves the right to suspend or deactivate licenses that are used fraudulently, shared in violation of these Terms, or otherwise abused.

A "lifetime" license means access for the lifetime of the Wikeo product and does not guarantee operation or support indefinitely or for the lifetime of the purchaser.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to create, store, process, or use such content.

Wikeo does not claim ownership of your content.

Wikeo may interact with or display content from third-party platforms and services.

Those platforms operate independently and have their own terms and policies.

You remain responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms when using Wikeo.

Wikeo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with YouTube, Google, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

Changes made by third-party providers may affect or disable certain features of Wikeo without liability to Wikeo.

Some features may generate summaries, responses, recommendations, or other AI-generated content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

Wikeo makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output.

Certain features may be identified as beta, experimental, or preview functionality.

These features may contain bugs, experience interruptions, or be modified or discontinued at any time.

Your use of beta features is entirely at your own risk.

Wikeo may automatically download or install updates, security patches, bug fixes, or improvements.

These updates are intended to maintain compatibility, security, and functionality.

Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software.

The Wikeo software, source code, interface, design, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Wikeo and its licensors.

Purchasing a license grants only the right to use the software and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Paid licenses are subject to the pricing presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated by Wikeo, payments are non-refundable.

Wikeo reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent or abusive.

While Wikeo aims to provide a reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond Wikeo's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Wikeo makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wikeo's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you for the Service or (b) INR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

• Loss of data.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of goodwill.
• Loss arising from third-party services.
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wikeo and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

Wikeo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, attempted to circumvent licensing restrictions, or used the Service unlawfully.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Wikeo Privacy Policy.

Wikeo may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version becomes effective when published on the official website or otherwise made available through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
